Macaroni Penguin (we, us, our) is a family club in London , our legal name is Mac P Ltd. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.
Registered members or guest to book classes, holiday camp or play sessions:
We collect the following personal information about our registered account holders:
Basic personal information (e.g, Parent name, Children name and Children Age)
Contact information (e.g, Email address, phone number and address)
Information about how you use our club (e.g birthday bookings, classes or camps attended and your purchases)
Book a party or event at the club:
If you book a party, camp or event at the club, we will collect your name and contact details. We also keep details about what type of event and correspondence with you. Where necessary we will also collect information about the things you can and can’t eat and any allergies or medical conditions you have.
Guests
When guests attend our club, we ask for their names. We also ask whether guests would like to provide contact information to join our newsletter and keep up to date with events, promotions and other news.

Our main legal ground for processing your personal information is that it is necessary for our booking system and ensure the right services are provided to you, and it is legitimate business interest.
